Become a Vendor at the 10th Annual Hartsville Backpack Car,

Set-up begins at 7:00 AM — please arrive early to ensure your space is ready before the crowd arrives!

Vendor Fees & Donations:

Food Vendors – $100 donation

Beverage, Snack, & Dessert Vendors – $50 donation

Non-Food Vendors (crafts, boutiques, auto-related, etc.) – $40 flat fee for a 15’x15’ area

Vendor Placement:

Food/Dessert/Drink vendors will be located in the center island area for easy access and visibility.

All other vendors may set up directly in front of the school or to the left side as you face the building.
